Welcome to the Microidea Portal ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered career management platform designed for the tourism and hospitality sector.

2. Service Description

The Microidea Portal provides:

AI-powered job matching and career recommendations
CV upload and intelligent data extraction
Personalised micro-credential training path recommendations
CV enhancement suggestions
Training module enrollment for registered users

The Platform is provided free of charge during the pilot phase of the MICRO-IDEA Erasmus+ project.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Platform.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity is prohibited.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Is discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate

5. AI-Powered Services

5.1 Nature of AI Recommendations

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide job matching and training recommendations. These recommendations are:

Generated algorithmically based on your profile data
Provided as suggestions only, not guarantees of employment
Subject to continuous improvement and refinement

5.2 Limitations

AI recommendations should be considered as one input in your career decision-making process. We do not guarantee:

Employment outcomes from job recommendations
Accuracy of all AI-generated content
Availability of recommended positions or training modules

6.1 Data Controller

The MICRO-IDEA project consortium acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this Platform.

6.2 Legal Basis for Processing
